Why on earth would anyone want that? I've heard of breast reduction, but as far as penis reduction goes, I would take every inch available, and enjoy.

Except the skin and teeth get a fair bit more air time in public than the one eyed junket pumper does.

Who are "we"? EVERYBODY gets darker to some degree when they stand in the sun.  People that use chemicals to darken/lighten/colour their skin are taking a risk. I find the practice to be stupid.
