I was going to do a border run today. I thought my my non O ran out on the 7th, but it was the 2nd and today is the 6th.

When I get to the border in Mae Sai, how do I proceed?

I assume you mean the 90 day entry from your no-o visa has ended not that your visa has expired.

You will need 2,000 baht to pay for a 4 day overstay if you go today.

Had that once as well and had to pay 500B per day of overstay.
