Do you know if you need to be physically present at immigration office for 30days tourist visa extension?

 

Getting a baby, it would be great if I could go alone with passport of my wife, son and mine.

The extension has to applied for in person.

You don't need your wife if your applying for a 30 day extension to a TV.

 

You could apply for a 60 day extension based on visiting Thai wife, but she may have to attend as well.

Then you will both have to attend in person to apply for 30 day extensions.
