farcanell
So now the bus owner will have to defend itself against an employees claim that it has been negligent in repairing reported defects (brakes) this should be entertaining...... PETERTHEEATER
The van had suffered from ABS (Anti-lock braking) system problems for some time. If this was known it indicates that drivers of the van frequently braked so hard that the ABS was forced to work (but didn't?) Another driver problem... Brake failure. They admit it had no ABS so it's actually brake failure. It's a safety feature not an optional extra.
