IF it is chiang mai, it can be done at the government center in Mae Rim. Takes between 1 to 2 weeks before they EMS it direct to her .house. Takes between 1 to 2 weeks before they EMS it direct to her .house. thanks for the info. just check can do it in CM. her place cant do passport. it outside chiangrai. darn take too long to send the passport to her but i remember it take about 1 week to send to my friend but that is in isan. im not sure how fast is the northen side.
