Trust me, I know how hard it is for the US. Some only get it after trying a few times, or a year later. She has ties here, kids and parents, is 44, has a house, government job for 6 years, so this is a lot of what they look at.When I said I'll arrange the visa, I mean pay for it, as it's easier if she goes as a tourist with a place to stay and things to see.
