They just want to verify that the person calling in is Mjoe., therefore alive. I went through something similar with the IRS a couple of months ago, a call-in identity verification. Bunch of personal questions were asked: mother's maiden name, my last US location, and on and on for a stressful 10 mins. or so, then it was over. What added to the stress was every couple of minutes she would put me on hold and then come back with more questions. Pain but it really shouldn't if it's you.
