The only laws they are concerned with are those they make-up as they go along!

 

So yes, they can confiscate vehicles, but they'd need to get out of their offices and from under their tents, and actually do some work; don't hold your breath for them to do that anytime soon.

No they can't.  RTP cannot confiscate those vehicles , they can only impound them temporarily.

Impound, temporary confiscation, call it what you want!  Confiscation can also be temporary; check you dictionary.

 

A lot of your posts just contradict other TV members, sometimes for trivial matters.  If that's what turns you on, that's fine.
