I have a non-imm "O" with extension on the basis of marriage and a couple of days ago I was told that there is a new visa or extension that allows me to work with my wife without a work permit in a two person family business. example: small family minimart or a market stall.

Does anybody know anything about this?

I have not heard of such a visa or extension of stay.

I doubt it would ever exist.

 

I thought it would be too good to be true but you never know.

i guess lesson learnt   false advice is very easy to listen to    something to do with the quality of the origin
