March 6, 20188 yr Hi, Wife and I are both Non Thai - we both have 12 month Non Immi O Visas for purpose Retirement - origially obtained in and kept running every year in Chiang Mai - held them since 2012. Are they relevant anywhere in Thailand? By that I mean if we moved to another area in Thailand would they still be acceptable and renewable wherever etc? Best Rgds.
March 6, 20188 yr Yes of course, it is a thaivisa and therefore valid in Thailand... However check up the reporting part of this VISA, I mean if you change address. Better informed people will soon answer you.. But can say that IF you really have a VISA than you can NOT renew it, BUT if you hold an extension of stay based on retirement THAT is a completely different matter.. That one you can renew from year to year... glegolo Edited March 6, 20188 yr by glegolo
March 6, 20188 yr Yes. When you move you need to report your change of address, at the office covering your new address, using form TM.28. They might also want a TM.30 completed by the owner/house-master/possessor or hotel/guesthouse manager of the property you move to. Edited March 6, 20188 yr by elviajero
