Trump says U.S. will counteract any meddling in 2018 election

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Tuesday there was interference by Russia and probably by other countries in the 2016 U.S. election, and the United States would counteract any attempt at meddling in the November 2018 elections.

 

"Well the Russians had no impact on our votes whatsoever, but certainly there was meddling and probably there was meddling from other countries and maybe other individuals," Trump said at a joint news conference with Swedish Prime Minister Stephan Lofven.

 

"We're doing a very very deep study and we're coming with some ... very strong suggestions on the '18 election ... We'll counteract whatever they do, we'll counteract it very strongly."

Every other person in the administration says the exact opposite. Again and again.

Trump is pathological liar. Who in their "right mind" believes him? He has absolutely no redeeming qualities.

 

He loves Russia more than America. He is not a protector of America/democracy. He only wants more and more power/money. He would (maybe did) sell his soul - if he has one - for either.

As they were not aware of what happened during the last election, they will be stupid enough to not no enything this time too. With a leader like today, the unawareness is just bigger than before.

Funny. After spending over a year claiming that there was no meddling, and defining the Russians as being the nicest people he had ever met, he is now forced to admit there was meddling. Does he even realize what a goon he is? Does it ever occur to him how he appears to the world? Does he care? 

In addition to the Russian meddling which he has long denied, but he did pursue all those illegal votes he claimed happened, but nothing ever came of that claim.

NO, No, and no.

I really do not think he cares. He is so out of touch, so oblivious, so caught up within his own desires, and ego gratification, that anything else does not matter. I think it is important to not lose sight of one important aspect of this show. It is the Donald show. It is planet don. It is a reality TV show, with little don as the host. He is able to devote a few hours a day, to pretending to be president. But, for the most part, it is about running the show, and that is the most important thing for the charlatan. The American people? They mean nothing to him. His base? They mean nothing to him. The world. It means nothing to him. His family? They are sort of important. But Melania? Not really. 

 

Tiny DT- Continuing the trend of decreasing the quality of life, for the average America. Moving America backwards. Re-populating the swamp with his own brand of alligators and crocodiles. The art of I cannot make a deal to save my life!

All talk and completely disproven by the facts:

1) never implemented sanctions against Russia for election meddling passed almost unanimously by Congress;

2) never has given any instructions to DHS, NSA or other agencies to take action against Russia

3) Department of State was appropriated $120 million to combat Russian meddling in the 2018 midterm elections - $0 has been spent out of that appropriation.

Trump lies. All the time!
