My marriage non o visa 90 day is due April 7th I went to Cambodia last month and can back on re entry permit does that change my date to online report?

Every entry to the country resets your 90 day report cycle.

Date of entry is day one.

From context, I assume you mean you are on a one-year extension of stay on the basis of a Thai spouse. (A multiple entry Non O requiring a border bounce every 90 days would not require a re-entry permit to protect your current permission to stay.)

 

The 90-day address reporting is only required when 90 consecutive days in Thailand. Thus, by leaving and re-entering Thailand (although technically on the same permission to stay) your 90-day reporting date is reset to 90 days following the date you came back to Thailand.
