BritTim Posted March 7, 2018 Share Posted March 7, 2018 From context, I assume you mean you are on a one-year extension of stay on the basis of a Thai spouse. (A multiple entry Non O requiring a border bounce every 90 days would not require a re-entry permit to protect your current permission to stay.) The 90-day address reporting is only required when 90 consecutive days in Thailand. Thus, by leaving and re-entering Thailand (although technically on the same permission to stay) your 90-day reporting date is reset to 90 days following the date you came back to Thailand.
