wonder if the BIB have been to the last know address of the escapee and left a little note asking would he mind visit the local station , no rush of course only if it's suitable and convenient.

These court cops should at lesst have a canister of bear spray, or mace, or at lesst a shaker of Thai, and cayanne pepper at the ready for these occassions. Being totally unprepared is laughable..
