They are very good at not catching the people they don't want to catch.

The Kingdoms leadership are the Masters of the Universe at not catching only out done, in one other area, their incompetence to deal with the road trauma.

If you go to the Interpol page and just enter the search term "Thailand" you will find 14 Thai nationals listed. Most of them look like muslims. None of them are Ferrari driving billionaire cop killers. So he's not wanted by Interpol.

the case is a Thai case

Correct.

Rich, yes...

But one of them is a billionaire Ferrari driving cop killer (not many billionaire cops)

Semantics...

And then wait for the Computer Crime Suppression team to knock on your door if you live in Thailand!

Cognizance of the unique Defamation laws might be advisable before making such advice.

Stating facts about a criminal case on a Youtube video relates to such crimes? I guess it is iffy with what can or cannot be said these days, shame

I think credit where it is due, this is all playing out exactly as planned at the first meeting with the family to 'sort' things out

It has been reported recently that the Thai police have exhausted avenues to bring Boss back to Thailand to face justice.

Why bother.  They could get him back but aren't going to do it.

Among many other anomalies, has the Red Bull guy actually been charged with any crime?

Yes, he was charged with three offences:

1. Exceeding the speed limit.

2. Fleeing the scene of an accident.

3. Reckless driving causing death.

The statute of limitations on the speeding charge expired in September 2013, and that on the fleeing the scene of an accident expired in September 2017.

If not arrested, the statute of limitations on the 'causing death by reckless driving' charge will expire in 2027.

And surely to get it back and viewable again shouldn't be difficult at all.

Their arrogance, indifference and general ability to spin a believeable lie are all shocking ?

shouldn't that say to spin an unbelievable lie

That's the spirit....

Ever considered starting a political party?

Actually you are making a very good point......Most of us would probably do the same, if we only could...:coffee1:

I have no doubt we would all do exactly the same if we were in his shoes. Who wants to go to jail if they can easily avoid it? Only a fool.

One day he may appear somewhere to say hello to them like yingluck

Pity he was not famous, like an ex-Thai PM then they would know where he was.

Crikey, can't you at least go through the motions?  Don't tell us the guy is still wanted and you don't even have him listed on Interpol.  Pathetic.

Unfortunately yes (statute of limitations). IMHO there should be no statute of limitations, in any country,  insofar as "death" is concerned.

Oint taken, but that doesn't mean the authorities should back off.

Sure he's wanted by the rank and file of the RTP, he killed one of their own. But he's not wanted by the senior official(s) that received the really, really fat envelopes.

Doesn't seem to be showing up anywhere.

Perhaps the RTP should change tack and invite him to an all-expenses-paid p__s up on a luxury yacht in the Mediterranean - funded by the contents of the brown envelopes.

After all, it's about all he does with his sorry life, and when all is said and done, a party's a party.

He'll never see the inside of a jail cell

Compare to Singapore, the best brains in Singapore all capable of big picture innovation and higher level management and leadership are the people leading the government ministries. The difference in results is as obvious as a broken leg.

Well... in that comparison quite a number of western governments also do not look as well.

eg.

Germany

and the EU (a.k.a of last retreat for failed national politicians) come to mind.

I saw him in BigC in udon Thani on friday but I was afraid to say anything---------- my wife told me not to get involved

What a load of crap this fool talks

Good luck n finding him .u know where he is but he is laughing at you

You claim without a single scrap of evidence that he has been removed from the Interpol website.  This really isn't difficult to understand, only a fraction of notices appear to the public, the majority are only viewable to officials, are you an official with access to the notices?  I'm guesssing, no!

Well I claim that the fugitive will never be brought to justice and we all know why , care to dispute that ?

On 3/16/2018 at 5:15 PM, snoop1130 said:

Pol Col Kritsana Patanajaroen explained that the fugitive was still on the system but was not listed on the website.

nother photo of a clueless police spokesperson; neigh, one just better at outright non-truths

Horse apples!
