I have a question. I am going to Siracha and I am planning to do a daytrip to Koh Samae San. Does anyone know if there are any minivans from Siracha to Sattihip? I read that from Sattihip you take a songtaew to the Thai Island museum to buy the tickets to the island. 500 person per day. Might have to get there by 4am.

Any advise is greatly appreaciated. Thank you!

I have only used own transport to get to the Thai Island Museum, so I can't help you about transport. But there seem to be crossings to the island throughout the day, so you don't need to be there at 4 am unless you have some other reason.

There is a quota of 500 people per day on the island and i heard people arrive really early to queue. May rent a car  then. Thank you for the info :)
