100% ignored, how many people have been paid for taking photos  of  motorbikes on the pavements General?, how about you do the same with all these other offences, Id  be so rich, 5  minutes per day id  run out of camera memory

You need to have "hands on" experience to be able talk about these things knowledgeably.

I hope that every farang male understands that they are now potential scam targets by those that might accuse them falsely of doing something naughty in the chaos.

 

Meanwhile, the scams continue without any apparent penalty.

Seems cigarettes and "groping" are higher crimes than extorting tourists over a scratch on a jet ski or m'bike.
