The last time I went out on the mc, (during songkran) I had a large bucket of iced water, complete with the expletive ice, hurled at me... nearly died!

 

it sure ruined any potential chesticle rubbing due to bruising

Innit? What's funnier is their somewhat twisted definition of groping - "... molesting women such as by groping breasts." So if the offender touched another part of the anatomy, that's fine? Really don't understand why he had to single out the breasts as an example. Groping is groping.

So glad these pictures were posted. Newbies to Thailand and Songkran might be unaware of the kinds of traps being laid for them. This will help them to avoid getting into trouble by watching out for trouble-making young lasses like these. I myself will be discretely moving among groups of these lasses, ready to guide any tourist struck by the urge to grope. I hope other TV board members distribute these pictures far and wide. 

Please let us know after Songkran how many persons got the 10 year prison fine.

For the foreigner who wishes to indulge in the breast stroke, it is better they do it IN some bars than on the street and then find themselves BEHIND bars.

How much fine if the "victim" does NOT feel molested ??? 

Touching a female breast 200,000 Baht or 10 years jail.

Drunk driving 100,000 Baht or 5 years jail.

So drunk driving is not so bad.

And 3 points from your 12 given points, means you can drink drive up to 4 times in 1 year.
