Are month-to-month condos pretty easy to find in Ubon? Is it a situation where I might be able to show up and find something in the city center within a couple of days?  Or is it more complicated? I read that looking online usually results in an inflated price.

Looking for 8000-10000 baht per month on a month-to-month lease.

Not in Ubon (but Yasothon) is a hotel we use every year.  What I did was call every Hotel and ask them if they have a monthly rate, or a long-term section. Some hotels have a seperate section for long-term renters, and they are not advertised. The cheapest 'normal' room in this hotel is 900 baht a night, but we pay 6000 baht a month (plus electricity) for an equivalent room in their long-term section.

Once we had the rates and who had what, we then went a took a look at the top 3. The choice was easy in the end. And it has been 6000 a month for 4 years now.

I wonder if you have any photos of the 6000THB/month room in Yasothon Elvis?  If not, do you know how many square metres it is?
