extend on non o M after enter before date

Featured Replies

hi there

i'm going to go to vietnam for songkran and will return and get 60 days on my current non o which would use it up

as i won't be out of the country as much in the next year can i do a year extension at immo, i meet the requirements but it would be after the enter before date of the non O or should i do the extension before i go?

thanks

You extend your permit to stay not your visa. After you enter the country you visas validity means nothing.

You can extend any of the 90 day entries from your visa within the last 30 days of it including the last one.
