rooster59 Posted March 31, 2018 Share Posted March 31, 2018 A southern train was shot by suspected militant but no one was hurt Gunman opened fire at a train in Narathiwat’s Cho Airong district Saturday evening (March 31), but no passengers were hurt. At about 5.30 pm, the Surat Thani-Su-ngai Kolok train had just left Cho Airong district to a distance about 500 metres from the station when a burst of gunshots was heard. However, the train driver did not stop the train until it arrived at the next station, Bukit station. Railway officials and police then checked the train and found just one bullet hole inside a passenger carriage.
