They did that at the city halls of each province, we also got our dogs vaccinated. We even were late and were sent to the main office where they did it.

 

     All in all, it was all well organized and professional. No needle was taken twice. 

wasnt this mainly for soi dogs? hundreds roaming round the countryside by me in a known  rabies zone

Anybody could go there and get his cat, or dog vaccinated for free.

soi dogs have  no  owners

Why not vaccinate the population?
