Normally get a Sim at the Airport but as will be in Thailand for 2 months will try and get a better option anybody know where there is a good/reliable phone shop Near the Hilton Hotel Sukhumvit any replies or advice welcome.

You can buy a sim card at every 7/11

There is nothing better or worse about different SIMs, they all do the same thing.  7-11s, Family Marts, good phone shops, crappy phone shops, they all sell them. 

 

If you want to feel posh you can take your limo just along the road to Emporium/Emquartier at Prom Phong (Soi 24) where there's loads of good/reliable phone shops all selling exactly the same SIMs as the crappy Soi 22 shops.
