Please help me with Thai characters on my Visa cancellation

I cancelled my ED visa on 29 March. On the cancellation stamp of my visa, it looks like I will have to leave Thailand on 12 April. But why there is a symbol that looks like 16 right below the number 12. Is that a signature or the date I will have to leave Thailand is on 16. I don't know Thai. Please help me to read what the cancellation stamp says exactly.

That looks like a signature.  Definitely not a 16.

It is the officers signature or initial.

is the signature of the officer, if you don't go out today you can go tomorrow for free but you'll get a red stamp of overstay
