Guide/translator 2-3 weeks minimum

Good morning, I have a friend coming from Canada in Aug/Sept, recovering from a horrific car accident and has some mobility issues. He'll need some help dressing, bathing. He's well travelled since the accident but this is his first trip to Asia and I want to make sure he has an awesome time. I need a cheerful lady guide to help us explore Thailand outside the typical tourist areas. She must be open minded because he has a naughty side and will want to taste the red light districts along the way, I'd hate to embarrass our traveling companion when we want to sneak away for a night or two of debauchery. Any suggestion ??

I guess I should have mentioned this would be a paid position and all expenses covered. Also when my friend and I go partying at night our guide would be free to entertain herself as she pleased or accompany us, her choice of course.
