P.S.: I take it all back. I just watched the video again and saw that there's a clear distortion in the image when she turns her head left. It's most obvious in the chin area. So I guess it's a prank and she's used some sort of graphics app to achieve the effect.

Years ago a friend's Joson (girl friend got a nose job and liked it so well that she had two more extensions to it.It then looked like she had grown a dick in the middle of her forehead. A true paper bagger

The nose looks Arabic,  the chin I've got no idea.  Definately not my idea of beautiful but each unto their own.
