I was lucky that I found one area where the rope had fallen off. There were some Thais that were pleased as well. We were going to Tops which opens at 10am. When we left at 1330 there were cars parked where I have never seen cars parked before. It is school holidays and the lines at the movies were big. Apparently the new Marvel movie is very popular. But there is a chance the are going to use that space for a multilevel parkade.They are building something there.
