Not a good one.  I'm no expert, but it looks like a viper- possibly Malaysian pit viper?  Highly venomous if so.  No doubt you will get better (or at least more definitive advice soon.)

Malaysian pit viper would be my guess too, nasty, stay well away...

Malayan Pit Viper , Calloselasma rhodostoma, you should have gotten

a bit closer in for a better picture,........just kidding
