Where did they get up to with those new busses impounded because of country of origin dispute?

I saw a newish looking orange bus today in Sukhumvit Rd about soi-100.  It had a silver arrowhead pointing upwards in a circle logo in the middle of the back.  Still heaps of really old bangers on the road in terrible cosmetic (and probably mechanical) state of repair.

 

From my understanding, the Buses are still impounded, and the company that bought them and cheated the state out of Tax money is in the process of suing authorities (don't ask me about the logic of this)
