false pedophile charges

i lived and worked as a teacher in thailand for 20  years. i never had sex with any student or person under 18 years old.  in 2015 a entourage of 30 police..DSI an immigration people arrived with warrant. they said they had a good tip i was having sex with my students and minors playing snooker at my house.  i was arrested becase i had porn on my computer. yes it is a felony to have porno..over age 18.  thai rath and bkk post had first page articles about me....well known pedophile leads group in chiang mai.

i was not charged with any sexual misconduct. only having over 18porn clips and photos of young guys.

no article said i was an alleged pedophile.  

the summary..i pleaded guilty was given suspended sentence and paid 30k  baht.  lawyers said all was ok.  immigration. tried to cancel my retirement visa.  told the judge an she wrote a letter saying i had been here 30 years an never an issue. it was reinstated.  then 2 months later Police came said i would be deported. it was fri afternoon. i had no chance to appeal.  

certainly  there are lots of pedpohiles in thailand.  but i am gay.....trying to appeal.  but lawyers say i was set up by influential people who wanted my house an land. my life was thailand...anyone have any ideas how toget me off the blacklist?

OP, I really feel very sorry for your inconvenience. But please careful with websites offering that they can erase your name.

 

   There's a thread with such a "helpful page", but the website all in a sudden disappeared. 

 

   Same could basically happen to all of us. I don't know many people who do not have porn on their  computers. Including Thais.
