It is Thai that is why the BACC and the junta do not like it.  It looks like they are trying to turn Bangkok into a less than clean, less than well run Singapore.  They want to increase prices of EVERYTHING and forget everything charming about Thailand.  There are already co-working spaces in Bangkok, but some of them are more expensive than downtown Hong Kong.  In short, it is a stupid idea.  It ranks up there with building luxury housing for judges in an a nature preserve.
