In the hopes of making gaming more accessible for people with disabilities , Microsoft has unveiled a new Xbox controller.

The controller, called the Xbox Adaptive Controller, lets users plug in assistive aids, including their own buttons, joysticks and switches.

This allows them to choose which assistive aid will make the character jump, run or shoot, for example, without relying on pressing specific buttons on the controller that came with the Xbox.

The controller can be connected to any Xbox One or Windows 10 PC via Bluetooth.
