Hi all

I'm in Bangkok on a tourist visa and will leave the country mid Feb to travel through Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos before heading back in to Thailand probably via Isaan overland, although may fly.

I start work in Bangkok mid April, and will not leave the country again once i re-enter. I need to enter on a Non Immigrant B visa and then on my first day at work, i will apply for my work permit. I have the required company documentation (I hope!).

Where would be the best place to apply for it? I've heard that PP is difficult, as is Laos? Or is this just at the border areas? I'm flexible as wil be travelling through all the major cities.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

If you have all the required documentation you shouldn't have any problems getting a single entry Non Imm B visa in either place.
