zeekgarcia
Just wondering why is this paint doing this? Thanks so much. The paint is only around 2 years old. Edited May 21, 2018 by zeekgarcia

simoh1490
It looks like it needs a primer/sealer coat first and they didn't apply one.
Anythingleft?
The interior looks very much like rising water damage in the renderThe ceiling seems like moisture along the tape jointing, this could be painting too soon or, as in my case, they used crappy cheap jointing products which whenever painted just ripped the jointing away in big patchesAlso if they water the paint too much it soaks straight into the jointing causing the same thing to happenOutside is unclearSent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
fredob43
To save monies they might have use internal paint. I did just that when I painted my daughters room. (Pink) After about a year it discoloured, and went patchy. Spoke to my Thai paint man, his reply never use internal paint and put a sealer on first. He then did it the way he said and it's still fine some 6 years later.
