I am on 1 year extension of stay (support thai wife, 400k option)

My wife now wants to open a shop to do some business and I will be helping her. Can she apply a work permit for me ? Can I also apply for the extension of stay when my current one expires ?

What are the requirements and so on ?

As you are married, it can happen in three ways...

1. Your wife has paid tax of 25,000 Baht in tax last year. This could be as an employee or operator of another company.

2. Your wife had another business that had gross turnover of 350,000 Baht per year.

3. She will employ two Thais.
