Can she apply a work permit for me ? Can I also apply for the extension of stay when my current one expires ? What are the requirements and so on ? Your help and advice is very much appreciated. As you are married, it can happen in three ways... 1. Your wife has paid tax of 25,000 Baht in tax last year. This could be as an employee or operator of another company. 2.
