90 reporting

Re. 90 day reporting..can you do it 1 week before and 1 week after the 90 day reporting date?

You do it up to 15 days before or 7 days after the report date including that date in the count.

Yes, but only if reporting in person or by proxy.

 

It’s within 15 days before and 7 days after day 90.

Can you still send a proxy to do the 90 day report ?

I always send my wife. She reckons they told her I would have to go in person this time.

Yes; as long as you are reporting within the time allowed. You have to report yourself if reporting late.
