Bangkok teen arrested with 8 million pills, 37kg of ‘ice’

A 17-year-old boy was arrested on Wednesday night in Bangkok with 8.67 million methamphetamine pills, 37 kilograms of crystal meth, 2,822 ecstasy pills, 38 kilograms of crystal ketamine and 569 bottles of ketamine solution.

 

The arrest was announced at a press conference at the Royal Thai Police headquarters by Pol General Chalermkiart Sriworakhan.

 

Chalermkiart said police staked out an apartment on Soi Lard Pra Khao 37 in Lard Prao district at 10pm after learning that a major drug ring had been storing drugs there to distribute in Bang Khen, Chatuchak, Lard Prao, Khan Na Yao and Min Buri districts.

 

 

The teen was arrested after police saw him walking out while carrying a bag. Some drugs were found in the bag and the rest later discovered in his room.

 

Chalermkiart said the drug had been smuggled from the North for distributing in entertainment venues in the Bangkok districts.

Give them time to build a strong case against the mastermind !!! this 17year old will lead them to another one which will lead them to a middleman,...and so on......it's the same in western country's they have to build strong cases to arrest the whole lot !!!

I sat and watched Breaking Bad all the way through earlier this week.

Well worth a second viewing.

You count a thousand of each type, weigh that thousand including representative packaging and then weight that type in total. Then apply simple multiplication.  Or, if all packages of that type are the same, just count one, fully.

All 62 episodes?  That would take longer than counting all those drugs.  I have the whole thing on HDD but gave up after the bath with the body in it fell through the floor in about episode 3 or 4.   Belief not suspended for me!  Everyone else says it's wonderful but life is too short for that stuff with me.

Probably because the guy told them how many it was in every bag, but you kan never know. Ok we have to count them. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8

However, this guy knows what he is doing for a while. He will be out when he is 96.

Take out all the pills and stack them up on top of each other. Assuming a thickness of 2mm, the height of the total stack (16 kilometres) just needs to be divided by two to get the number of pills.

 

Naturally this won't work with the Heisenberg Blue, due to its irregular shape.
