I just read the law ( because I didn't know it ) : in France, attempted rape is punished the same as a rape, 15 years; if it's a rape on a vulnerable person ( let's say "handicape " ), it's 20 years

I note that the article states that "A man" was the offender, whereas had it been a foreigner who committed the crime, it would no doubt have quoted his Nationality in the headline.

Ive met many chinese gals here, all but one spoke English very well, may be why I enjoy spending time with them over thai gals, and they dont ask me for money either! ?
