Dear all..I went to the immigration office last week to have my non-b visa extended, but due to some problem(missing docs) the officer denied us the extension of stay(visa expires this coming 22nd). I want to know what other options we have since I alreadt have work permit with me. Thank you.

If your extension application isn't agreed before your permit to stay expires you need to leave the country and get a new non 'B' visa, OR overstay (with the local offices knowledge) and pay 500 for every day you overstay until the extension is granted.

 

If you are the spouse or parent of a Thai you could get a 60 day extension of stay as a temporary measure.

yes, I am paid base on the minimum salary required for my nationality. nowadays its too hard to get extension in Chaengwattana.
