putting dog to sleep in Ubon.

Hi

one of my 3 dogs has cancer, he still runs around eats, but come time I know I will need to put him down to save him from any suffering.

I live in Ubon and have asked many vets about who would do it come the time, same answer from them all, not me as its against the law.

that's all good and well but I wont let the dog suffer, any advice who might be prepared to do this in the Ubon area?
