OSLO (Reuters) - The European Court of Human Rights rejected an appeal by Norwegian mass killer Anders Behring Breivik who says his prison condition amount to inhuman or degrading treatment, the court said on Thursday.

"The Strasbourg Court found that its examination of the case did not reveal any violations of the Convention, and rejected the application as inadmissible for being manifestly ill-founded," the court said in a statement on its website.

Breivik, who has legally changed his name to Fjotolf Hansen, killed 77 people in a car bomb in central Oslo and a shooting spree on Utoeya island in 2011, in the worst act of violence in the Nordic country since World War Two.

Breivik had been seeking to overturn a March 2017 decision by a Norwegian appeals court that ruled that his near-isolation in a three-room cell respected human rights.

Who cares about this filths rights.

He should hang himself after writing a letter to the families of his victims, apologising for his act of mass murder.

Somewhat lonely? Transfer him to Bangkok Hilton. There is saying you'll get lots of company there, in very close distance...

He consume his rights when he killed his first victim, He should Never see the sun again in his life!

And no right to anything, no reading or communication or TV.

and No one to talk to!

Or save money and rent a place in Thailands Bangkok Hilton, he will be happy there hahaha  ?

"... three-room cell ... "

for this deleted I am speechless.

inmates in Thailand, most of them  imprisoned for much less would be dreaming about that

I'm sure there are liberal lawyers dying (no pun intended) to take up his case. I agree with earlier contributer (sic) who recommended undetermined sentence in a Thai prison where a large number of fellow prisoners would love his company.

He is a joke, but also the government is a joke for allowing him to complain and get more fame thanks to the media.

3 room celli would put him in a small cell no windoes just a toilet.no books no tv .nothing .and as a special treat once a week he would be allowed a shower. And he would leave in a box

They should hire a large gym and lock up this killer of 77 people along with the relatives of the murdered for some hours. The relatives should be given baseball bats if desired.
The result would then be a real judgment in the name of the (affected) people.
