No need to to mention of ask how much it was as would not want any posters having heart attacks but it was on sale. So anyhow, paid via bank transfer and received the next day All packed and sealed. Opened up, charged and its dead. It does not work, does not turn on/off nothing DEAD First thing in the morning contacted customer service and was told to go to any branch and they would handle all Went to nearest branch, they do not have stock, so i opted for a refund as it was not very promising to receive a brand new product totally dead Was told, store can not issue refund, store will send it to BKK office, then someone from the office will make contact to arrange the refund Sure enough, no contact from Powerbuy, called them and was told to wait for a call back Cut the story short, this cat and mouse game went on for about 10 days of every day me calling. Eventually had enough and contacted Consumer Board, who contacted Powerbuy, Powerbuy called back and advised of the day when they will refund No refund received on the promised day, contacted Consumer Board , who contacted Powerbuy, who contacted me and advised of the new date, about 14 days Powerbuy hot shot, also advised legally they have to provide refund within 30 days so they are not doing anything illegal Cut the story short, no refund on the promised day, NO refund a week later after the promised day and no refund for few days after those days. 6 weeks later i received refund, no email, no phone call, no apology. End of my experience, how was yours with Powerbuy online shopping? ?
