King praises rescue operations chief Narongsak for a job well done

His Majesty the King has written a message to Mr Narongsak Osotthanakorn, commander of the Tham Luang Rescue Operations Command Centre, expressing his appreciation toward the latter’s performance in directing the operations until all the 12 Wild Boars teenage footballers and their coach were safely rescued from the cave.

 

The King also gave morale support to the former Chiang Rai governor – now the governor of northern province of Phayao, and urged him to maintain his virtue and good conduct.

 

The King’s message, written in his own handwriting, was received by Mr Narongsak in front of the King’s portrait at the Amporn Throne Hall in the Dusit Palace on Sunday.
