July 16, 20188 yr I`ve alreade read a lot about virtual private networks that can be used in Thailand. After reading this review https://topvpnchoice.com/best-vpns-for-thailand/ I chose TunnelBear, but I still want to know: 1. Does anyone of you use TunnelBear in Thailand, is it stable and reliable? Share your experience, please. 2. If you don`t use TunnelBear and don`t know anybody who does it, then tell me about a good alternative to this VPN, please. Thank you for any help!
July 16, 20188 yr My free 7 day trial of ZenMate Premium worked well for a connection to the UK. As I am only here for a short visit, I bought the 1 month/1 device TVMUCHO package, which has most main UK TV channels (Not SKY) and also 7 day catch up. It cost 9.99 Euro, processed securely on a MasterCard within 2 minutes, no VPN is needed for TVMUCHO. Edited July 16, 20188 yr by The Fat Controller Added info
July 17, 20188 yr I have Tunnel Bear Grizzly. Works fine for streaming Pandora from the USA. No longer seems to work for streaming from the BBC iPlayer. I don't really use it for anything else so I probably won't be renewing my subscription. There are alternatives out there but iPlayer is getting to be problematic with a lot of VPNs now.
January 9, 20197 yr I use TunnelBear. It is stable & reliable. I use it with the NBC app to watch NBC Nightly News, free. And they have other shows for free such as Dateline. The CBS app has shows for free such as 48 Hours. With TunnelBear on, I even signed up for a free trial of CBS All Access.
