i have a holding company set up. been in circulation for about 2 years. i set it up so that i could buy my land and build a house on it. hopefully for sale.

so far i have been on a tourist visa becuase i have been witing for things such as an address for my house, now i have to put a shop sign about the house.

doesn anybody know what documents i need and is it abosulty neccessary that i get a business visa when i am not actually working i am just a forgeign invester. paying money for someone else to work for me.
