Extension to a Visa Exemption - Where in Bangkok?

My son is here on a 30 day Visa Exemption (UK Passport) and needs to extend (he will later move to an ED, but the paperwork is not ready).

Where can this be done now, only in CW? Or is Imperial World still an option?

Or anywhere else except CW?
