    Well I never. Dishonesty over visa issues. this would never happen in Thailand. What ever next.  Dishonest policemen !!!!!!!!!

Not a good enough reason to suspect fake. Lots of English misspellings on many official items. Could it be a proper visa.given by a proper officer, with proper procedure but with misspelling?

 

If they said in the article that computer network information mismatch,  then I'd think,  ok, fake.
