hioctane
37 Billion Bhat divided by 660,000 Chinese. Equates to a bunch of minge bags thats only 56,000 Bhat per person Thats £1296. Last month the British Airways return flight, Bangkok - Aberdeen was £1500. Either the figures shown are completely wrong. Or they really are a bunch of "Minge Bags"You must be flying first class. Most don't even spend a 1/3 of that on a round trip flight. [emoji849]Also, without knowing the average length of stay there is no way to even guess if that is good amount or not. Much less the government copping to it? If TAT is aware of 660000 Chinese changing their travel plans to Thailand, it begs the question of how many more thousands will simply not even consider a visit in the future. I wonder if the Chinese will hear about the latest incident of another boat sinking with, this time, 30 passengers apparently saved fortunately. If so, that incident will not inspire confidence that anything has changed.
aussie11950
So will the government join the dots? lack of safety equals loss of tourist income when accidents happen.

Perhaps they should read today’s news also “In yet another Thai boat incident thirty people were rescued from a sinking vessel traveling between Ban Phe and Koh Samet on Thursday evening.“

Maybe they need to pop a few more off to keep the current trend up. A sad comment from an anonymous key tapper.
