Annual Remuneration Topics

Hi ...

In my country of origin, annual payouts of two things ("holiday money" and "year-end payment") are fairly normal. Both are equal to approximately a months' worth of salary. The latter btw is a replacement for a performance based bonus, commonly just a percentage of your annual salary.

Is this something that I can expect in Thailand?

(Or, if you don't know, please tell me if this is normal in your country of origin or other countries you have worked. I'd like to know out of curiosity.)
