I am considering opening a BKK-based service business, catering to foreign nationals. I will need multilanguage sales personnel and IT personnel. I am also concerned about Thai law with regard to farang ownership of service businesses. Anyone have an idea how to get around that nasty bit of law? Or am I reading it incorrectly?. Also would like thoughts on salary levels for college educated IT personnel and sales staff.
